Classes are designed Akhila style, This method embraces a holistic, scientific approach to yoga; by working on harmonizing, balancing, healing and strengthening all levels of being; physical, energetic, emotional, intellectual and spiritual.

Monday- 3:30 pm Beginner and 5:15 pm All levels

Tuesday 9:00 am All levels and 5:15 pm All levels

Wednesday 3:30 pm Beginner and 5:15 pm All levels

Thursday 9:00 am All levels
